uh...you can already do this...maybe it's only verizon, but you can go to your own mailbox and there's an option of sending a voice message without actually calling the person

yes i was just gona say.... that. you also connect to other company voicemails by calling some default number and then entering the mailbox number. Its better than wasting 15 cents on an unneeded business

slydial is totally free. so i dunno about what 15cents you speak.
