It's called shitty promotion - if you bump two show threads, people will see them and think, "Oh, golly gee, there's a show coming up!" If you bump an entire page's worth, people think, "FUCK MY EYES, GIANT FUCKING WALL OF TEXTBOMBED, NEXT PAGE PLEASE" and don't look at any of them. You're not doing any of the bands on those shows a favor by making said shows a source of annoyance on the intertubes. |
