New site? Maybe some day.

I was so happy to have the chance to catch Ministry before they were gone, but now I kinda wish I hadn't. Only 2 songs from the "good" ol' days, and they were sung by Burton C Bell! I'm all for politics in music, but jeez this is an industrial band right, not just boring repetitious rock? At least Ministry will stop making new music, ruining their legacy further.
I wonder if Burton ran into Dino. Still bad blood or possible Fear Factory reunion? Did anyone see Divine Heresy? (I showed up late for Meshuggah) There's not a chance Burton got on stage with Dino is there?
Meshuggah's set was good, but I feel like it ran under time. They didn't seem too thrilled to be there. |

went only to see meshuggah. Wasted my time, worst most lax set, took forever to set up and played not long enough. Easily the gayest fest in the metal scene. |

Agreed. And did you hear when they were giving that "award", ahem advertisement, to WAAF for being the only station to air metal, (I guess underground radio like college radio stations and local online streams don't count for underground music) that this is the only metalfest in the US? What?! What?! What about deathfest, or yet the, even bigger than new england, Milwaukee metal fest? |
|
i am patting myself on the back for not going to this shit fest. |
|
yeah I feared it would be a waste of money, I only wanted to see the pagan bands and maybe Ministry |
|
paganfest and unexpect were amazing but other than that the third day was terrible. I don't feel it was a waste of money but it could have been so much bettermon |
