people rushed in as the doors opened up. I heard someone say "6 hours waiting and it was worth it".

high on fire was great. they soounded awesme and all the JFAC fans in the front were tossing horns. there were even a dozen crowd surfers. yeah seeing them at the middl east headlining probabl would have sounded better and the set would have been longer, but that don't matter. 7 hits, no filler.

the bands are taking an insanely long time to set up. play moar. set up less pleez.

jfac played basically just like the CDs. the photopit is packed. everyone has their backpack with them for some reason. they ended with knee deep as usual. the drummer was retty awesome.

cob sounded great once I moved away from the stage. up front there was soooo much bass in my face it was ridiculous. the crowd seemed to be made up of the COB fan club. when they asked for horns, the entire upstairs and downstairs put up the horns.

keep of kalessin: seriously tight and blistering black metal. I totally respect them too for the sheer fact that the singer got off the stage when he was doing nothing.

cockpunch: (second) one of the only bands that I know who's whose whole premise is to make fun of the jerks that like the in both a serious and a tongue in cheek fashion and all the trucker hatted, myspace fucking hardcore kids gobble it up. Hopefully, the clap makes yoou sterile. Burn when you pee? Not for me! This is definitely the best thing to come out of the acacia strain since 30 threads about 3 guitar players.

monstrosity: they were so good... What doo you expect. Then the stage manager started ulling their stuff off the stage during their last song. A few seconds later the sound was cut. I missed it but mike came back out and threw water/soda. Then him and joeboo had a yelling match.

The second stage is all f'd up with bands not being here. WOP and xtyranntx aren't here. And fassw broke up.
