Hi. I'm looking for a female singer for a new band I'm starting up.

The music is a mix of symphonic/impressionistic/folk rock/metal. I have some really old demos, if you'd like to hear. Some major influences are Nightwish, Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy), Maurice Ravel, Shiina Ringo, Sonata Arctica, Hans Zimmer (Gladiator, PotC, etc), and musicals like Wicked, Rent, Aida, Les Mis, etc.

ha, i'm not familiar with aida, but it does sound gay. i'd probably like it more than rent though, because elton john is a good musician. rent i just hate.

Actually, I wouldn't mind if my band (Herugrim) had a session female vocalist for one instrumental acoustic song.....

I am all about singing Aina/Avantasia/Sonota Arctica/The Gathering/Genius/Rhapsody/Hillary Duff style stuff. Unfortunately I'm not a chick, and I really am not looking to be in another band again.
