let down just finished sehc. a mix of minor threat, outbreak, and integrity. good stuff. the only problem is that there are too many photographers for this little of a place. heck there are almost too many for the palladium downstairs. seems like this will be the most photographed event of the year.

blacklisted just played. they always get a really good crowd response. with all the cameras up front/on stage, it was a little hard for the "usual" stage diving, but a couple people managed. their sets are always weird cause the vocals are bluesy in the same way that led zeplins were.

yeah their new record is amazing

i think 100d showed up during blacklisted.. or atleast their gear did. paint it black is setting up.

paint it black just finished. now i can see why people who asked me for pictures did. they had some harderfaster parts, but there were a lot of it that would sound pretty poppy and then they would bust out a poppy harecore sing along. a lot of it reminded me of the limited H2O ive heard. the crowd loved them the most, i think.

all of trash talk is here too. damn it. they need to play.

I played in Canada before 9/11 and we got fucked with at customs. I can only imagine how much worse it's gotten.

Fun show tonight. I am not hahd cohr enough as it turns out. There were girls way tougher than me. Paint it Black was my fave of the evening.

I'm going to be doing shout-outs while delivering the mail tomorrow. Then transfer to a picking up the change moshing tactic. I saw a shitload of people I didn't know which was awesome cuz I hate people I know.

people's lives got destroyed during 100 demons. i missed death threat, i hope they magically start playing shows more often even though i doubt it, it was soo good to see them.

death threat: yeah, death threat is always awesome. no matter if the band is on or off, the crowd is always on. they have a bunch of anthems that people love and can't seem to ever let death threat lay to rest. this was a new line up of people from the last time I saw DT. they worked together very well. The drummer is ex-swear to god, jamie. They have 5 songs that I really like. of those, they played 3 of them so all was good. I think this is the first time I've ever seen the singer without a hat on. he's got a slicked back italian thing going on there. almost like this was the outsiders movie. The only bad thing about their set was the mic being bust for a song.

100 Demons: I thought I hadn't seen them for 2 years, but it's been a year and a month. this was the first time I've seen them in 2 years with Pete on vocals. they haven't been playing any shows lately, but seeing as they played this show, the rumors of their demise is greatly exaggerated. lucky us cause their set was my favorite of the night. so many good songs.

I'm looking at these pictures, and everyone in the crowd is saying "Mike... step on my head."

chris was bouncing around like a happy little kid during this show. Reminded me of the old shows at the met cafe. One thing that always throws me for a loop is all the people that I thought were edge and then they start drinking beers.

THATS BECAUSE I WAS HAPPY AS HELL TO SEE A GREAT TURNOUT FOR SOMETHING WE'VE BEEN WORKING SO DAMN HARD AT GETTING BACK. THE PROVIDENCE SCENE IS ON ITS WAY BACK....
