I love how Devourment started everthing, especially after hearing Wayne Knupp tell me several times that Scattered Remnants and Eternal Suffering were major influeces and inspirations for them when they first started.

i remember being able to park practically right in front of the venue when we played a show there. this might have more people attending, so parking may be a bit of a bitch.

Haha, I did indeed approve of that slam. This show was nasty as all fuck; metal shows around here have been getting more and more solid. I almost feel spoiled.

Last night was the heaviest Dysentery set I've ever witnessed; I attribute it to Nick's Robert Goulet-esque mustache. That thing's sick kehd. Copremesis was fucking sick; it was a surprise seeing Ian (ex-Pillory) playing drums for them, but extremely awesome. He said he learned the songs in a week. Fuck professionalism. Obviously seeing Sexcrement is awesome; the new material is excellent and I'm glad Adam wasn't too drunk for the set. Mucopus was HUGE. They need to get the fuck out to Massachusetts more often. Defeated Sanity slayed my asshole. I've listened to Psalms 3 times just this morning alone and it makes me want to quit life because of how good it is.

I'm really proud to say that Boston is the best.
Defeated Sanity is an unbelievable band. Some of the best dudes ever. Lille is a remarkable drummer and will be a mega star in time. The chemistry of this band is so genuine, such a special and incredible bond between Wolfgang and Lille (father and son). Almost cried saying good bye!!

very well said about the chemistry in DS.
wolfie is a huge inspiration and the energy amongst the band was incredibly genuine and down to earth. i was totally in awe of teh fretboard wizardry..
bassist was incredible!!
