Mehkago N.T. - S/T
Consular - Don't Cross the Swine
Silveth - The Elemental

well the majority of the vinyl I bought was from HellsHeadbangers.com - all the Southern Lord material I got was at Nubes. It depends on the store to. Marlboro has nothing out of the ordinary and nothing new compared to Shrewsbury or Natick. Natick has the best selection that I've seen for a NC though. They had a bunch of cool picture discs as well. I'll be spending a little bit at Armageddon on St. Patrick's day. But overall most of the vinyl is cheaper than SL's and plus you don't have to pay shipping, so I'd say it's a good deal.

Priestess is pretty good. Its Not very heavy like classic doom stuff, but just rawkin' shit with some more up-tempo early 70s garage punk influences a la Stooges or early GG Allin+The Jabbers. Similar to Hellacopters but not nearly as good.
Pretty sure you can check em' out on the Stonerrock.com mp3 jukebox.
http://www.stonerrock.com
(Their webstore carries some good vinyl aswell)

Picked up the Valkyrie platter at Armageddon Shop in Providence.

Hye Troll, do you know a band called UNIDA?
I heard them on Sirius awhile back and they were awesome!
BTW when u coming up to mass?

Best CD I got lately is HELLYEAH.
I also got BRAINDRILL but Im still digesting it.
Oh yeah and I recommend Rodrigue and Gabriel, the mexican guitarists.
It sounds like Flamenco, but they say it's not.

toggletoggle post by Troll at Mar 4,2008 8:28pm
Yeah, Unida has the singer of Kyuss . Good stuff!
Heard some Hellyeah but never heard of Braindrill. I'll check it out.
Gotta hear some Dozer man, they did a split with Unida.

HELLYEAH is chock full of the most inspiring lyrical content since the last disturbed cd...

You couldn’t be, you couldn’t be me even if you wanted to,
Everything I’ve been through.
Live your life, soaking up all my sunshine,
And smile your whole life,
I wouldn’t know

18 wheels are rolling,
18 wheels are crushing,
Me down,
Running me down
Cars are crashing
Cars are crashin, all around me
Running me down,

All my days are numbered,
All my days are grey,
All my skies are covered,
All my ends are frayed,

You couldn’t be, you couldn’t be me even if you wanted to,
Everything I’ve been through. You wouldn’t know
Live your life, soaking up all my sunshine,
And smile your whole life,
I wouldn’t know

Lightning’s crashin’
Thunder’s rolling all around me,
Bringin me down
Stars are falling,
Fires lighting all around me,
Burning me down

All my days are numbered,
All my days are grey,
All my skies are covered,
All my ends are frayed,

You couldn’t be, you couldn’t be me even if you wanted to,
Everything I’ve been through. You wouldn’t know
Live your life, soaking up all my sunshine,
And smile your whole life,
I wouldn’t know

Feels like I’m falling down,
Inside a fever rising,
Buried my life deep in the ground,
Left my existence lying, so lets go

You couldn’t be, you couldn’t be me even if you wanted to,
Everything I’ve been through.
Live your life, soaking up all my sunshine,
And smile your whole life,
I wouldn’t know

like I said, I've heard em' but it just didn't stick. Isn't it members of pantera or some shit? Its almost like a bad attempt to clone Nashville Pussy or something. These things happen. The market gets flooded with a lot of soulless crap from ex-members of soulless crappy bands that want to hop on the band wagon and infect a new genre with thier feces.
