I'll assume you actually listened to it before you bought it. If you didn't, that was a mistake. Dream cymbals range from alright to amazing. They're all hand made. I like the darker cymbals, personally. |

Very true, but I found the sound clips for the cymbals I got to be extremely accurate. One thing to note if you ordered from Front Range is that the guy makes the sound clips with Vic Firth maple sticks. I forget which model. But that brings out a slightly darker stick sound and the lower pitched overtones. If you use hickory sticks, like most of us do, the stick sound will be a little bit higher and there will be more mid-range overtones. Basically, it'll be slightly brighter. |
