I am a 34 year old man working in human services seeking a calm, respectful and reasonable living situation. I have no problem paying my bills and rent on time and I DO my dishes! I would prefer a smoke-free home. I like to cook, listen to music, watch movies, read, engage in quality conversation, play board games and I go to bed at a reasonable time. I am more than happy to pull my weight as far household chores go as well. I will be gone from the house a decent amount of the time between work, taking classes, band practice, volunteering and several other rewarding activities I participate in.

I am looking for a home for March 1st however I am hoping to pay rent starting in February so that my move can be a bit less stressful. I can pay no more than $600.
