That video appears to be unrelated. Maybe some footage of the neighborhood - but it does not seem to show the incident at all and the you tube page just talks about the audio.
He wanted to murder them and he did. He said (while in his home and on the phone) that he was going to kill them. They weren't on his property so the Texas Law does not cover him. Police were on the way (and showed up like 20-25 seconds after he shot them)
His claim that one of them crossed over to his line of the property at the last moment when he was holding a shotgun at them is clearly crap. Both men are dead and can't speak of that, and again, he said he was going to kill them on the phone before he went out. The 911 dispatcher clearly and repeatedly told him not to go out. Police were on the way.
Congrats - you killed someone, like you wanted to. Now go to jail.

Actually, I don't think so. The law might be based on home invasion, not trespassing. At best, the first guy he shot stepped on some of his grass. (that does not even explain the second guy he shot). I'll have to look up wether trespassing is covered. If so, I guess every texas nut could shoot children that go on someone's lawn to fetch a frisbee.

Have YOU ever had your house broken into? I wish this guy lived next to me. It's not like these guys WERE getting a frisbee... they were stealing shit from other people... scum. And how is this guy supposed to know where the police are? I would much rather these people get shot than run back into society to go steal more shit.

The Texas law states that you can kill someone to defend your, or your neighbors property. The man in question was watching his neighbors property while they were on vacation. What he did is perfectly leagal as it should be. If your arnt breaking into someones house then you arnt going to get your ass capped. |
