Did you notice i didnt add a subgenre? Thats cuz im VERY OPEN to playing different kinds of metal.

Mainly, I'm looking towards something technical........but I want to leave things open to experiment.

I'm 22 yo, have been playing for almost 10 years and I own a 4 string Yamaha and 6 string Dean. I have a 450 watt bass head and 2x10 cab.

I live in the South Coast, MA area (Acushnet and Assonet to be exact) but I'd be willing to travel if things seem right.

Abnormality needs a bass player in marlboro...they are slightly closer + brutal insanity. theres also a pretty nasty metal project near you that my friend knows. i can get you their email if youre interested, they claim they sound like metalcore bands, but i prefer them over the ones they listed... i cant remember their band name. ill see that guy monday...

are they from the providence area? if so, ive already told them im not interested. if not, send the email my way. better yet, if they have a myspace, let me know. i dont like ANY metalcore bands, but its worth at least a listen
