you could use the microsoft movie editer and make it smaller there
[just save the video again but select a different size]
if you're on a mac use imovie.
or upload it too youtube and make it a private video
and just tell your dad to sign in to youtube with a google account
or just have him make a youtube account if he doesn't already have one.
