define "hard to follow"

toggletoggle post by mOe  at Oct 11,2007 3:03pm
yea, because i'm listening to that part right now and I think I can follow whats happening pretty easily

toggletoggle post by brandon...  at Oct 11,2007 4:22pm
yea decapitated riffs arent that hard to follow. They're awsome but not too technical.

toggletoggle post by DaveFromTheGrave  at Oct 11,2007 5:07pm
anything by the band theory in practice. that band gets fucking insane sometimes.

You too?! I just can't get past that damned A-chord run that lasts for 75% of the song, no matter how many times I practice it!

toggletoggle post by archaeon at Oct 11,2007 5:25pm
most things by behold...the arctopus

toggletoggle post by Ryan_M nli at Oct 11,2007 5:31pm
Metallica "Enter Sandman". Practiced it for hours every day for a month. Couldn't get the hang of it. Bob Rock really brought out the best in James Hetfield's playing.

I use to have trouble following those crazy "Sounds of Perserverence" rhythms in songs like "Spirit Crusher" and "Flesh and the Power it holds"

Oh shit, I read the title of the thread wrong.

I thought it said 'The best songs of this or any generation'.

He CAN however do a mean guitar rock to the song. He just waves the head at you like a parent scolding a child.

some of the new malignancy shit is fucking re-TAH-ded.

I myself could use some help on Venom riffies

Woman (main riff)
Nightmare (bridge - after he's like "Waaaaaaa! Come on!")
Bloodlust, etc.

I myself am having a hard time remembering that back up vocal line to Faith No More's "We care alot!", let alone the riffs!

Pretty much anything by Brain Drill.

toggletoggle post by TheFilthyFrenchman at Oct 12,2007 2:39am
Martyr - the first 20-30 seconds of Havoc on their new CD. I don't give a fuck how many times i listen to this I can't get it.

If anyone comes up with something better I owe them a handjob

Anal Cunt

toggletoggle post by sacreligion at Oct 12,2007 1:38pm
hey now i think we're talking about complexity not sound quality
