They make you sell tickets. The line up is based on who sells the most, not talent. So if your a pro band touring from new hampshire and sum asshole 14 year old sells more tickets your gonna get a shitty set time.

They once made my band get there for 330 4:00 and we ended up playing last at like 1130. There was ten kids there at the most. Plus the dude who booked it wasnt seen all night. FUCK that place.

Ipsissimus is going on sometime after eight - probably not too much later, though. this show is going to fucking rule. i have no problem selling tickets to play shows i want to play. i ask and i get on them and i get a decent time. never any problems. while security there isn't necessarily a white-glove-and-monacle affair, they're not half the cunts i hear they are at mark's.

yeah, some huge bouncer came up behind and tackled him straight out the door. I considered blocking for him but I wanted to stay on the good side of the webster bouncers, so I employed the "turn-my-head-the-other-way-and-act-surprised-when-he-trips-over-me" technique." I did slow the guy down at least. I left right after Dana was ejected, cause df kinda bores me.
