I card people constantly for cigs that turn out to be 30 or 40.
It's happened with lottery a couple times too.

alot of places have to card on everything. a guy i know carded some old bitch for cigs and she was 103.

I carded the Liquor Commisioner the other night at Milly's. He wasn't amused, But I told him I had to card everyone and it was HIS rules, Not the clubs.
