Can I just say what an absolute pain in the ass it is to get decent information on an injured player.

Carl Crawford missed half of last week with a wrist injury. So yesterday I spent half my day scouring the internet trying to figure out what the hell I should do with this guy. I find a report from CBS sports (written on Monday) that quoted him saying it hurt to even grip the bat, and that they planned on keeping him out of the lineup for at least another couple of days.

I figure, forget it, I'm not going through another week of this in the post season. I had to give up a win last week because Crawford, Beltran, and Hanley Ramirez all went down with mid week injuries. Not to mention 2 of my 3 backup outfielders are on the DL now.

But low and behold Crawford comes in the game last night to pinch run. Steals a base, scores, then hits a walkoff homerun all for a total of 9 points that are now completely useless to me.
