saying a car is in good condition is personification or humanization (i forget the word) at its most basic so most people dont really notice. i bet the phrase "good condition" has been around a lot longer than automobiles and was probably used to describe one's state of being when people were more primitive. nice try, though.

I'm waiting for this to happen in my own apartment building, so far the odds are great, all of my neighbors are crazy white trash idiots and at least 2 already abuse their children. Heh, there's one guy I've nicknamed "father of the year", he yells at his children contsantly, all day, and he's fond of pulling them out the the car by the hair. The woman below me already has at least 4 children she doesn't want, can't afford and was recently knocked up again by the guy who lives next to me...(who wants nothing to do with her so she's already living with another guy). Now she's chainsmoking for 2.
