FINALLY, DEATH METAL MAKING IT'S WAY INTO THE MOVIES WHERE THEY REALLY BELONG. GOOD CHOICE ON PICKING DIMMYBOOGER TOO.....

Yeah that is awesome. What does it mean "attached to The Last Samarai"? The Motley Crue thing is pretty cool too. I don't really like them that much but I would totally see them if they toured again.

By the way Morkul, Dimmu is black metal, not death metal.

and to be really technical... they arent even black metal. more of a heavily black influenced gothic/thrash band... that would be something that describes them better, i suppose.

I think the best description actually, is symphonic black, well their newer stuff at least.

yeah... but tr00pers completely dismiss dimmu and the first album of COF as any type of actual black metal even though they sound very black metal. tr00pers even dismiss XI Equillibrium by Emperor as actual black metal (the keyboards). its quite ridiculous really. but the tr00pers are black metal and they know whats black metal and whats not i guess.

Black metal is God Forbid. IX Eq. should just be classified as "awesome." End of story.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Dec 6,2003 9:37am

#1: It's IX Equilibrium.
#2: If you want to insult black metal elitists, call 'em either elitists or kvltists. "tr00pers" is just fuckin' retarded.

#1: no fucking shit. it was a typo that i didnt bother editing.
#2: they are tr00pers or nekrobobsledders to me. ya know... since they are all about being "true" and all they usually do at show is stand there with their arms crossed like a fucking bobsled, stiff as a board. hence why i call them tr00pers.

This is going to be fucking insane!! Joe wolffe was probably the best vocalist in death metal.
