Bridge Nine Records is gearing up for the biggest year in the label's
ten-year history and is proud to announce the newest signing to their
growing roster- RUINER from Maryland. June 19th will see the release of
their debut LP called Prepare To Be Let Down. Ruiner, who can be described
as cathartic hardcore in the vein of Unbroken and Give Up The Ghost,
previously released "What Could Possibly Go Right." on 1917 and
Firestarter/Grave Mistake, which Lambgoat called "a highly impressive debut"
that rivaled the debut releases by bands like Suicide File or American
Nightmare. Label owner Chris Wren said, "Ruiner is a hardcore band that
wants to tour their asses off. They have played everywhere from Gallup, New
Mexico to Sweden regardless of who was with them and who came out. As a
label, it's very easy to want to work with a band that has an incredible
live show, writes great songs, and brings something different to the table
than the other bands on the label." No strangers to the road, Ruiner has
already toured with bands like Bane, Have Heart, Killing The Dream and Dead
Hearts and will continue to tour the U.S., Europe, and Japan over the last
six months of 2007 and into 2008. |
