I just watched Mara from the Bruins and Richards from the Flyers beat the piss out of eachother for like 2 minutes. Frickin sweet. Oh and Boston is winning 4-3!! I will return after the game to complain about our subsequent loss in the third period.

hahaha yeha good fight. I liked it more when he slapped up darcy tucker since tucker is a little punk bitch, but this fight was better quality.

richards looked like he was gonna pass out at the end. i saw his eyes roll up into the back of his head...pure hilarity.

i love hockey fights. the dan cloutier/tommy salo fight is one of my favorites.

Flyers are the worst team in the NHL.. woulda been pretty sad if we lost... i saw that fight though. good stuff.. best when they drop the helmets.. otherwise it's just kinda lame

Paul Mara, Jeremy Reich, Andrew Alberts, Wayne Primeau, Sean Donovan and Brad Boyes are the only Bruins to recieve a fighting major this season.

Actually, I forgot about Wade Brookbank, Jan Stastny and Jeff Hoggan who fought early in the year, and are no longer on the team.

You are possibly thinking about Brad Boyes vs Lydman a few weeks ago against Buffalo. Boyes cut his hand on Lydman's visor. (two non-fighters who fought with the visors on). This is the only fight I can think of that fits your description.

Chara has NOT been in a fight while with the Bruins. He dropped his gloves after the linesman had come in against Ottawa's Mcgratton, but did not recieve a fighting major. No punches were thrown. He has roughed some dudes up, but none were actual 'drop the gloves' fights. His gloves have been glued on this season.

Kinda dissapointing, as Chara is a very good fighter for being an all star. He stopped dropping his gloves after he hurt his hand AGAIN vs. Eric Cairns last season. He has glass hands, so he he tries to bully people around without actually fighting. He has man handled a few guys without having to actually bare fist punch them. Very few players would actually have the balls to drop the gloves with him anyways.
