With A Career Spanning Two Decades, Pioneers Of Thrash Metal, The Original Line-up; TESTAMENT Is Back!!

Originally conceived from the Bay Area in 1983; known for bringing metal to a whole new level of class by combining melodies, roars and growls with

untouchable guitar riffs and brutality, the most respected thrash metallers around - TESTAMENT returns and proves how they simply influenced the generation of today's metal and hardcore.

With the return of guitar legend, Alex Skolnick, Greg Christian (bass), metals most significant rhythm guitarist Eric Peterson, enlisted pummeling

drummer Nick Barker (Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth), and finally Heavy Metal's #1 and most respected vocalist Chuck Billy, who's distinct vocals

can be recognized across the metal world today and for decades to come; will all be working out some new TESTAMENT songs. Riff master Eric Peterson along with Britain’s cyclone-pounder Nick Barker are currently in Northern California locked down in the studio beginning to lay the foundation for whats to come. Eric Peterson states, "It's feeling pretty good so far...Nicks playing has sparked some fire in me like Lombardo did back in 99 when he played with us on “The Gathering”!

Despite being sidelined in 2001 by a rare form of cancer, Chuck Billy has made a full recovery and this will surely be the line up that will take over

2007!

TESTAMENT has confirmed a warm up US date in their home town of San Francisco. SATURDAY, JANUARY 27th at Independent they will follow up with a

bombardment across Australia and Europe.

But Clemente sucks balls, so it's for the better.

But I thought they were already together with the original lineup minus Clemente and with Tempesta?

Nick Barker in Testament should be interesting, though...although it's not like they'll ever play MA anyway...or record.
