My Dying Bride are probably my favorite metal band. I've toyed with the possibility of starting a band in that vein but I'm not sure I could do anything even half as good. I've also thought about trying to get people to start a MDB tribute band, but I doubt I could convince anyone to go along with it.

I was in a Doom / Death band called A TRAGEDY UNVEILED about 10 years ago that was basically MDB worship.

I like Old MDB yes.......New MDB, not so much

MDB are a great band overall

definate 'yay' MDB is amazing, dosen't matter what album, they're all goo din their own way. I'm not a big fan of 34.788% Complete, but it's a good album none-the-less.

Yay. I'm more of a fan of the earlier, more death metal material, but their later work is incredible as well. One of my top favorite bands.

i really dislike the new stuff i've heard. i havent heard enough old stuff though.

I voted gothpuss, therefore I should be shot. I wouldn't say they're gothpuss, they just don't suit my fancy.

Neither choice really suits them.One of my favorite bands but I rarely listen to them.The mood they convey is so powerful I prefer to put them on every few months and go on a week long MDB bender.Definitly not Friday night beer drinkin' stuff.
