this might be a repost, i searched but didnt find anything. who has seen this? its a fucking insane splatterfest. i'm so impressed, the blood and gore is wonderful. finally a good horror movie.

a great through back to all the 80's splatter movies. Extremely fun. One of my favorite horror movies of last year along with Slither. Both just had the feel of the 80's cheese movies.

I have not seen this yet, but heard of it. It is on DVD I assume, right? If so I will order that next on netflix.

i had doubts because of what the creatures looked like, but feast was fucking amazing. the little character descriptions were a nice touch that set the general mood of the movie in a clever way.

i still need to see slither; i have heard nothing but good things about that movie.

Okay, found it on Netflix. I just bumped it to the top of my queue. I have Jackass 2 and To torture a duckling sitting here that I have to watch. When I send those back I will get Feast and Deep Red next. Good times!

Slither was hilarious! Good movie to sit through. I was pleasantly surprised it was good due to the fact the dudes who made it made did the shitty re-make to Dawn of the Dead.

yeah i heard that; i still haven't seen the remake of dawn of the dead. i'd like to, just to see how terrible it is. a few people told me it's good, but you have to think of it as a completely different movie. the fact that they made the zombies full speed is stupid as hell considering the message in the original movie.

Both Feast and Slither were hilarious, I saw them both at about the same time. Plenty of wonderful, pointless gore, I recommend both movies highly.

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Jan 10,2007 12:39pm
Slither was also fucking awesome. if you watch the new Dawn of the Dead as a new movie, and forget about the original, its not a bad flick. it should have been given a different name though.

Yeah, the fast moving zombie shit took me out of liking the movie. I am a die hard Romero fan so it really took away from me liking the New Dawn. Even if they named the movie different people would call it a rip-off of the old one as it took place in a mall. No win for them I guess.

i still say the ramke of dotd was good, nothing's scarier than fast, hungry zombies

feast was awesome...definitely bumped up to the top of the list of my favorite horror movies after only watching it once

Sucked.
Slither sucked too.
Just my 2 cents.

you're obviously blind and deaf

Why is it, in movieland, that once the sun rises, everything will be ok?

toggletoggle post by SacreligionNLI at Jan 10,2007 2:19pm
now that's a spoiler dude

toggletoggle post by SacreligionNLI at Jan 10,2007 2:19pm
plus....what if the next night it started again and everything WASN'T alright?

toggletoggle post by powerkok   at Jan 10,2007 2:22pm
That would be called Feast 2.

toggletoggle post by SacreligionNLI at Jan 10,2007 2:25pm
and it would be AWESOME!

If you want a gorey ass movie check out Bagman. Sooooo gorey and over the top. The effects are a bit cheesy but if that's what you like then you'll like this.

now i can't remember the name of the movie that inspired this, it was fairly recent and a shitty B-horror movie. the villain had a bag over his head all the time and we were getting a kick out of calling this dude "the bagman"

i wonder if there's any relation

Dude, you are taking this trash way too seriously. You have to enjoy B horror for what it is and all the cliches that go with it.

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Jan 10,2007 3:23pm
agreed. its too bad that the movie was ruined for you because the sun rose, because the previous 80 minutes of bloody brutality was brilliant. i liked the ending.

toggletoggle post by Kevord  at Jan 10,2007 4:49pm
There is nothing original about any new horror movies when you think about it. Feast reminded me of Demon Knight. Slither rips off Night of the Creeps. The Dawn remake ripped off 28 days later. But all three films are way more entertaining then alot of the shit horror out there.

I brought up this flick months ago and got crickets. fucked up movie. I enjoyed it.
