I ate breakfast 3 hours ago, and I'm already starving. It's lame and annoying. Anybody else go through this? Or am I a remorseless eating machine?

And for all my nonstop eating I still can't get past 170 lbs.

mike i feel your pain. i have an unreal metabolism, i ate breakfast an hour and a half ago, and i'm so hungry i feel like i'm going to keel over. i can gorge and stuff myself to the brim, and 4 hours later i'm hungry again. i also have been 170 pounds since i was 19 and cannot get past it.

i have tried everything. i also think i have an addiction to water. i refill my bottle 3 or 4 times a day, and i buy those 24 packs of bottles about once a week.

goddamn. What is it about the 170 plateau? I've gained like 20 lbs of muscle in the past 8 months from lifting, eating bacon, and taking muscle milk. Nothing I do though can get me over 170.

i think it all depends on the type of job you have. i have an office job and usually stay between 200 - 215. when i use to do construction i was about 180 - 190. 8 hours a day sitting on your fat fucking ass can take a toll on your body. but if you're lifting shit and moving for 8 hours a day, it's like a workout.

i sit on my ass in front of a computer. i eat all day and night. i never eat vegetables or fruits, i am a regular at BK and pizza flows through my veins. i just dont gain any weight.

i hate you... i think i gained 10 pounds this past week from eating like 8 steak and cheeses from Carl's... they are tooo good and their smalls are the size of other people's larges. i get the larges which are like the size of a toyota corolla.

As far as the milk thing goes, I drink the low fat stuff because it blends better with the muscle milk mix.

you're right, if i was at home i could have access to bacon all day. but when i was a lazy fucking bum and didnt work for like 8 months a few years ago, it made absolutely no difference. i ate Golden Pizza for every meal.

you need to increase everything you've been doing...do more reps with more weight and eat more weight-gaining foods

I don't understand why people complain about weighing TOO LITTLE. I weigh about 145 and I'm cool with that. I wouldn't mind a little more muscle, but I don't neccessarily want to weigh more. Who the the hell would want to be in the "fat and shitty looking club" with Rich Horror and 2/5 of my band?

Unless you plan on inflating your new muscles with helium, if you want more muscle you're going to have to end up weighing more. I'm trying to gain muscle weight, not fat weight.

i love being a huge guy that gains muscle so easily. just because im a fat load doesnt mean that i wont be a chunky looking guy that can bench 300+ with relative ease and continue getting muscular. the hardest part of working out is outright shredding your body fat. although i know people that cant get bigger muscles for the life of them but they have 8 packs. i lift for like 3 months, my traps, shoulders, back, chest, and tri's get massive really fast. granted after a couple months, the results show less and less, but its still easy to get bigger. i love being huge

well you just brought up a good point... thats what im about to start doing. i have always been confident inmy blocking and punching abilities, not to mention i believe that i am pretty agile for a monster. ive been thinking about it a lot and i have come to the conclusion that i should atleast just fight as a hobby. ive been trying new foods a lot lately and been trying to prepare for the switch to healthier foods so i can train and get in shape more effectively. its a big process... trying to overhaul your eating habits. i mean... whats the point in doing calestenics (spelling?) if you're going to eat gross shit a lot?

It's been at least 3 years since I've woken up earlier than that. In school I had a 8 o'clock class. Never again will I make such a retarded decision. I skipped that class more than anything. Waking up before 11 just doesn't happen anymore. I drink way too much every night after work to wake up any earlier.
