they basically send a signal on 16 seperate channels to another midi device.
so in simple terms...
U have a Pod/any midi compatible rack proc/etc....you use the midi pedal as a in/out footswitch.
alot of midi pedals have 8 or more actual pedals, so theyre good for alot of presets/switching in live apps.

hence why I use rack gear in Shroud, I have more control over the way I run my fx & channels.

the guy selling this is Ali, the bassist/occasional guitarist for the auburn system. During my brief time in the auburn system, he was playing guitar through this, and it sounded pretty damn good. Definitely a good buy.
