I wonder if any of you might be able to give me any info on a band called "Substance" from CT. I had a mix tape made by one of the Members of P.O.E. (anyone remember them? Process of Elimination?) that had them on it. The song I remember was "Over the Top". Other bands on the tape were Noxious ("Somewhat Normal People")and the Bobby Brady Expereince ("Fruit from Chile"). I've had that tape for a long time.. So, yeah... just curious.

Right on. They played in my town in Upsate New York many years ago, and I got the tape from a DJ from the local community college. It had several P.O.E. songs on it, but the only title I can remember is "The Sandman".
