I just saw one that said "we detected quicktime on your system and there's a vulnerability with quicktime, click here to download a patch for it. it's really quick and will only take a second" and the link was to a page on myspace. No fucking way am i going to download a patch to some software from a third party peice of shit website. Is this guy out of his mind? He's just asking for people to take advantage of this and put up "patches" to "vulnerabilities" on myspace and moronic people are going to download them and then put me at risk.

that vulernability has been around for a while. they normally take you to phishing sites. but most of the phishing sites get shut down pretty quickly. the message i saw said something about quicktime. i dont really understand it cause i dont know how myspace uses quicktime at all. maybe the videos run with quicktime somehow.

anyone else having retarded issues with myspace sucking really bad lately? 90% of the time pages don't load at all for me anymore. I know its not my office either, it's happening at home, I've tried every browser I have installed (including: Opera, Firefox, IE6, IE7, Flock) so I know it's not just a browser issue either...
