I play guitar and I've got a friend who does a mean screech. We're looking for a drummer. We're 19 and 20 and live in North and South Kingstown. I've been playing guitar for five years and have good enough gear for practices/shows, etc. Influences include stuff like Spazz, Infest, Tear It Up, Bathtub Shitter, Magrudergrind, Municipal Waste, S.O.D., East West Blast Test, Green Beret, blah blah blah. We're not looking to shatter everyone's worldview or anything, we just like to write lyrics about stupid shit. I also already have a bunch of songs written on guitar with some stuff recorded on my computer that includes drums. I did it in my basement on a $5 computer microphone using Audacity so don't expect the quality to be outstanding or anything. I don't know. I bumped this thread because I was bored. In all honesty I don't know how much I can rely on the other kid so this is most likely just an advertisement whoring my guitar playing "prowess".
