Moreover these "abstinence only" programs DON'T WORK. You're all assuming this was put into motion to stop babies only. This is a religiously motivated movement.

Teach REAL sex ed, teach about birth control and protection and legalize safe and available fucking abortions and birth control and I guarantee the number of unwanted children will plummet.

About the troops, most of them have armor it's just low grade and really not all that bullet proof. This is because the lack of funding. The government is giving them shitty downgraded body armor and making them believe it's fine so that they will be confident in battle.
