Everyday Hate also added to the show.

Official lineup:
Hoods
In Our Blood
Murder Practice
Everyday Hate
Bound By Regret
Pull The Trigger

We're going on extra early because our guitarist Andy works nights so we gotta open. Be there by 8 if you want to catch our set.

I love how you added this to the events page. </sarcasm>

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Oct 3,2006 2:25pm
I didn't know there was one.. I don't do this very often. </insecure lie>

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Oct 3,2006 2:37pm
Accidentally added it to events page twice. I hate my life.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Oct 3,2006 8:53pm
I'm here and you don't hate your life.

toggletoggle post by niccolai   at Oct 3,2006 11:37pm
I didn't until those ninja pirates came to throw exploding tylenol tablets at your backback while you were in the bathroom.

man, I know I fucked up my pictures something fierce... my camera got a new firmware today and it f'd me all up. the B/W from my D2X didn't look very good. I took some with the SLR/n during hoods that will probably be better.

pull the trigger: basically, I see this a nicolai's way to be in in dire need with out actually being in in dire need. Similar sounding, but with more hardcore elements. Nicolai had a bunch of kids there and only a few of them answered to the call to the floor. The sound was kind of iffy for them, but they are also a new band with only like one other show under their belt. They are most assured to tighten up. (and then break up after a year).

bound by regret: someone's been on their myspace... A bunch of kids knew the majority of the words to their set. They were a quality hardcore band, sounding heavey and really good. To the best of my knowledge, I have never seen this band.at some point, brophy ran out and grabbed the mic. In between beers. People tried to get them to play another song, but they wouldn't do it.

everyday hate: much tighter and better sounding than the last time I saw them. people moved and sang along, but the song that moved them the most was the intro. Their set was crazy short. Almost over before it began.

in our blood: the guitar played got to dick around with mikeyhoods rig so he was playing a lot of music in before his band. by the time they went on, there was nobody upstairs. People came running once the music started. Another really quick set. Fortunantly of not, brophy didn't seem too drunk. Amazing. During one part of their set, someone landed in front of my narrowly missing my camera. Phew... brophy dropped the bomb about their next CD, 2007. Looks like these kids got a lot to write about.

haha. Man I wish I were in In Dire Need..

I don't think we're half bad for only being a band for 2-3 weeks though. Our set friday was much tighter and better sounding, sense we didn't open and everyone had a chance to throw down a few drinks.

Aaron, did you see the girl in the parkinglot?

for one reason or another she was down and a few people were crowding and Ronin was trying to help her out. I don't know what happened to her though.

I should've went. I went to band practice instead and then went home and studied for the GRE's. Lame.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Oct 4,2006 9:42am
GREs? those will get you no where.

toggletoggle post by xmikex at Oct 4,2006 10:12am
Grad school. I work for a university. My tuition is covered, I just need a decent score on my GREs

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Oct 4,2006 10:18am
I said no where. in 10 years they are just going to hire cambodians to do correct grammer in messageboards (which is what I'm assuming you are majoring in).

toggletoggle post by xmikex at Oct 4,2006 11:22am
It will still top your degree Smarmy Radio Banter.
