Because if you don't need a scrip, you can get needles without having a doctor's note. Which is why so many junkies re-use needles in the first place. Believe me, I worked in a hospital for nearly a decade, I saw it all the time.

Social Programs aren't for illegals. They're for citizens who need a little help, not people who are breaking the law.

My relatives came here without permission so who am I to tell other people to stay out? If you think about it, almost everyone is here illegally. And if the people I see driving daily actually got licenses legally, then they're useless to begin with, fucking people don't even know how to drive and I'm sure most of them were born here.

That whole "everyone is an immigrant" was a valid argument up until the government established laws concerning citizenship. Now it is not. You come here illegally, you are breaking the law and do not deserve to use public programs that were put in place for citizens...which is why you must prove citizenship to get them. Your grandparents aren't above the law and until that law changes, tough cookies.
