He's also working on a satire of the satire called Metalocalypso, about a mega-giant metal band (they're 400 lbs each) who find religion in multiculturalism, humanism, capitalism and liberalism and become a calypso-rockabilly-metal band in Austin, TX.

Rather than ranting and raving about, of all things, a fucking cartoon, why don't you all live up to your philosophy and do something more productive?

I love metal, and I think this show perfectly portrays the sterotype of metal heads and how they would live in the extreme. Shows are not funny when they show reallife people. I mean the simpsons teaches us that sterotypes are definatly funny, the dumb fat dad, the nagging mom, the smart nerd, the punk kid, the bullies, the indian store clerk, the sleezy bar owner, the drunk, the inmate.

if they were not acting the way they did I would not watch metalocaplyse.

and since when is the drummer (based on syl) a nu metal drummer, and since when are the two europeaners power metal guitarist

and I like how this guy did his research on the show creators "this show is made by outsiders looking in"

the creator is an avid metal fan, infact he took all the animators to a behemoth show and told them that is how metal looks, and they should try to capture the feeling of the concert in the artwork and mannerisms of the characters.

hate to break it to ya but the there are shit loads of metal bands and fans out there who are doing a much better job of making metal culture look more retarded than this cartoon. there are way more important things to worry about these days than the ignorance of people who don't like metal anyway...and why is that ignorant? it's there right to not like metal if they don't want to. fuck...most of it IS shit!! this cartoon is not. see ya.........
