From what Mike tells me, Leukorrhea has it's first show date too, which kicks major ass! Hopeflly it works out and I can announce it soon, I'm getting psyched to be able to jam with the band again.

what's wrong with the south? i was actually planning on going down to tennessee to check out property and houses this labor day.

the heat, the people (very slow, if you like fast paced environments the south is not it, it's like time stands still here), lack of things to do in the areas I've lived (Knoxville, TN and Morehead City, NC), poor work wages (I make almost $6 less an hour than I did in MA when I left), the south is full off bible thumpin types, the bugs are nasty as hell, did I mention the heat?

I was in Kentucky for a weekend and wanted to kill myself the entire time. Well, wanted to kill myself more than when I'm up north.

Yeah Rich the south sucks. Besides living in 2 spots I've been to AL, LA, KY, VA, SC, GA and just about everywhere else in the south and only liked Louisiana and Georgia out of the entire southern region...

We're staying with my in-laws on Cape till the end of september when a place we want opens up..

I was amazed that the hillbilly accent you hear from comedians and tv shows is no exagerration. Holy shit.

As much as I often think I hate this place, when it all comes down to it, I love New England and would probably never leave unless it was to an area of this earth that had a longer winter.

Moorehead City, NC... I lived in Havelock/Cherry Point for like eight years... used to go to Moorehead all the time. At least you were by the beach...

anyway, it'll be good to see Leukorrhea play again. they are one of the few death metal bands i like from the area.
