New site? Maybe some day.

I already have a drummer, bass player, guitar player, and vocalist for a project I have recently started. It is going to be different than most bands around here. For now I am trying not to have practices, not play shows, and hell, not even meet the people in the band. Might sound a little odd but this is how it is going to work...
The drummer has access to a full studio. I personally have a pro tools studio set up, and I pretty much want to find 2 more musicians that want to take part in a records some stuff, swap it around, let everyone write and give critisism until we cna make complete songs. After that it will go to mixing and mastering until we get a full EP. From there I would like to take my time, then set up some tours and have some fun with the band... and hopefully try to get the music into europe... more details on europe if you are interested.
Now that all that shits out of the way you might be curious, what the hell does the band sound like? well I am going for a cross between black metal, and some super triumphant battle ready music. Influences such as: Bal Sagoth, Rhapsody, Dimmu Borgir, Borknagar, dragonforce, emperor, kamelot, tursirus, and anything really epic and huge.
What do you need to join?? Lots of skill to play some pretty technical riffs, a way to record your self to make scratch tracks (or transportation to get to another member that can record you) and the skill to write music as well as play along to a metranome at times. Also full gear will be needed by the time it comes to playing gigs.
I will be taking this band/adventure very seriously as I want to see it succeed since I love this style of music. Right now my band takes up a ton of my time and while I love it, I still crave something like this. If any of you are interested just reply here and I will get back to you.
If you guys got any comments or idea's let me know!!! |

otto, I will email you later on. Do you have any mp3's I can listen to?
sinistas... powerglove? Like nintendo powerglove? I remember playing mike tysons punch out with that peice of shit. you had to hold your arm straight out the entire time until it got so tired you just give up and plug a remote in. Now that I vented about my bad powerglove experiances, how can I get in touch with them? |

Chris splits leads with Alex. He's nasty, can write, and likes a bunch of the bands you mentioned. |
