yeah kinda bummed its only a three song demo and devon isnt playing drums on it.

devon plays drums,his drums were just horrbily outta tune so darren sound replaced everything and it wouldve sound better but time was a factor.

not knocking the demo by any means, i just like devons playing over darrens.

I'm an old school, old timer, and I'm a big fan of 'the riff', you know what I mean? And that's what I love about the demo, well constructed songs and fun riffs. A lot of death metal I hear just doesn't have this anymore. I've been listening to this and the new Anata record constantly.

as far as the drums go...i hear what you're saying sean. technically, that is devon playing drums. he wrote all the beats, but darren just made them sound different like zach said. i can't wait to record again so we can get devon's live drum sound though. he's got so much fucking power and feel, so the next time we record i want to make sure that comes through.

oh, and one more thing, for sean and keith if he reads it:
i got new tubes. now i can turn it up to 11 and the meedleys shall be heard. THE WAIT IS OVER!!!!

thanks scott! i totally agree about the drums, devon feels the same way too. i could go on and go about what i hate about that recording but whatever, people dig it! the one thing that i like about it though is that it's a demo, so we i guess we excused ourselves a lil bit since it was really rushed! i assure you the full length will crush whiskey tits.
