I'm pretty unhappy with how unprofessional everything sounds... especially the vocals in this perticular song but whatever, we didn't pay for the recording.

i can see you doing a many a show with dour cursiva and the departed.

We use alot of the same exact equiptment as dour cursiva (same guitars, same bass, same drumset)

we would like to do some shows, let us know if you wanna trade some.

We're waiting till our demo gets pressed and shit to play any more shows. Hopefully that will be taken care of within the next 2 weeks.

everything does sound kinda thin and "unprofessional" as you say. im not sure if i like the way the bass sits in the mix after the slow part where everything stops after like 2:30 into the song. even though it sounds weak you can hear whats going on with everything. I would not complain for the price.

What do you think of the actual songs? I'm not expecting much praise on this board because it's a little metalcorish, but stick it to me.

Yea, no to bad for free. We went a couple hours over so each member of the band had to pay like 25 bucks... still not do bad.

Think it'll be worth a few bucks once it get pressed and shrink wrapped?

it's pretty good for what it is. doesn't really stand out or leave an impression. I think I have heard some of these chug riffs 800,000 times and counting. With 10 million local and national metal - metalcore - hardcore etc. bands I really just don't have time to care about 99% of them. ultimately sounds like just another metalcore band.

I was hoping to get into the band and push a more Glass Casket style sound, but the other guitarist writes more it dies today/darkest hour type stuff.
