I always hate when people post on boards I frequent only when they need to advertise, but... here I am. Sorry.

Check out Kiriyama, from Philadelphia. http://www.mp3.com/kiriyama for some mp3s. Think Soilwork, At the Gates, Arch Enemy, Ebony Tears, etc etc. Very melodic metal. Our very limited website is http://www.eternalkiriyama.com. Enjoy.

i saw these fellows in Fall River the other night and we traded demos.
I hope to get them in more of the Boston area sometime soon.
VERY good stuff.

how did I miss that show?

toggletoggle post by joostin at Sep 15,2003 2:14am
it was very very poorly promoted

ahh hey man! I don't think we spoke, but I think you talked to Ray, our singer. I'm the drummer. I think Ray told you to talk to me about shows and stuff. We're really glad you liked our set and the demo. Hit me up on AIM or email.

And... yeah. The show was Saturday Night at the Durfee Falls, Bldg 11, in Fall River. It took is 6 hours to get there and eight to get home the next day. The show was us, Nientara, Our Fate ends, Irepress (whose demo is fucking INCREDIBLE,) Ellipsis, and a few others whose names I quite honestly can't remember. We had a pretty good time and met alot of cool people, which is what it's all about.

Was it really promoted poorly? The kid who set it up promised me he was having it promoted well, but it's ok, I guess. I was happy with how many people were there.

I don't know..
how well could something be promoted if I have no clue about it?

toggletoggle post by joostin at Sep 15,2003 1:37pm
yeah, i think the show was probably well promoted in south massachusetts, but unfortunately that resulted in a 15 to 12-year-old social gathering(and of course, the fight).
I personally plan on setting up a show possibly in October and i'll gladly give you guys a place to stay since your singer discribed a very tedious trip.
and i'll promote the show a lot better, haha

If you could, that'd be awesome. I'll be in touch.
