It's highly unlikely since there was no egg there, the fertilization of an egg can only occur after ovulation (about 2 weeks after she has her period) and the egg only stays alive for about 24 hours. Sprem can live for 3-4 days in a woman's body, and every woman's cycle is different, and sometimes the bleeding isn't actually a period, so it's not unheard of for pregnacy to occur during her period, just highly, highly unlikely.
I'd also like to say I'm slightly appalled at the lack of knowledge you guys have on the subject. If you're having sex, male or female, you should know this because there are definately times when a female is more likely to get pregnant.

I heard 24 hours for sperm and 48 hours for the egg, but it's been a long time since health class so I could be wrong. But yeah, ultimately getting a girl pregnant the day after her period is unlikely; however it is possible.

Also, if a girl ever tells you she wants to go off the pill because she can't get pregnant and it's pointless, don't believe it, even if she does. Because you NEVER know.
