"Almost there, guitar and bass tracking are finished and vocals will be done in the next couple of days. It's been a long process but I really think it's going to be worth it. We'll begin mixing next week and everyone in SKINLESS is very excited with how "Trample The Weak, Hurdle The Dead" is coming along. Orion from Relapse is working on some sick cover art for us and we'll reveal that as soon as possible.I'll be announcing the track listing in the near future too.

After 5 years of being banned from The Palladium in Worcester, Ma we will be playing the New England Metal And Hardcore Fest this year. It's a long story why we haven't been allowed to play there for so long but all that matters is that we'll be back. It used to be one of our favorite places to play and we really look forward to trampling The Palladium once again. Other tour dates will be announced soon."

I don't care what anyone says or thinks, those Skinless shows, particuarly December Death Fest were some of the most violent I've ever been apart of. Aside from having whiplash, I'd be so fucking sore from getting hit, for at least a few days.

the deal with the palladium was 2 fold.
1) sherwood jumping off the speakers.
2) sherwood telling the crowd to beat up cops.

I remember Sherwood being taken outside after that second incident, when he "thanked" the Worcester PD..he was surrounded by half-a-dozen of 'em and this huge, fuckin HUGE, like 6'8" cop was screaming at him..it was fuckin pathetic.

Heh...
Sherwood blog:

"The Violence Sequence is still in writing mode, look for a live debut soon in Denver. We have about 10 new songs in the developmental stage, ranging from violent, creepy to beautiful.

Two of the most brutal motherfuckers in this god-forsaken dessert, Zac Joe, and I have a yet to be named project in the works. I classify it as no- bullshit death-metal drawing influence from Gorguts, Death, Obituary, Carcass, Napalm Death, Terrorizer,Bolt Thrower and newer influences such as Rotten Sound and Nasum. I'm playing drums for writing and demo purposes but we're looking to solidify a live band by summer. I'll be doing vocals, throwing beer bottles and punching people in the throat. Nothing pretty about this band, it will be raw metal done right with NO diluting elements."

From Sherwood's profile:
I have:(in no order) toured the world, been a hero, been an asshole, loved, a strong back, lost, contradicted myself, created major problems, solved even bigger ones, a lot of love for friends and family in NY, a high tolerance for bullshit, a tendancy toward the extreme, caught a European strain of chicken pox at 25, a clean driving record, a CDL license, a bad ass front and back side 180, dealt with some of the biggest assholes in the music industry, met incredible people, had my right leg tattooed, been hit on by dudes, pierced my lip, almost bit off my tounge, nearly cut my thumb off, moshed harder than anyone else in the pit, proven my worth, lost a bunch of important stuff, improved my snowboarding to unprecedented personal levels, opened up for Slayer, been called a faggot by police, rarely given up, often used desire to trancend ability and talent.

pretty sweet list...I bolded that because I would bet my bottom dollar that was in Worcester.
