toggletoggle post by dwellingsickness at Jan 22,2006 1:01pm
Does this mean that Family Guy and American Dad are not on ,also?...I almost made this thread...It had nothing to do with the NFC but it was gonna be a "they better be on this week" Thread

toggletoggle post by BlackoutRick at Jan 22,2006 2:21pm
Nope. I mean the Super Bowl. Carolina wasn't even a second thought. Seattle is gonna smoke Carolina by at least 14.

ok, you got me there. but there is no way they're gonna take down Pittsburgh. Seattle isn't all that. They only played four real teams this year.

toggletoggle post by BlackoutRick at Jan 23,2006 7:37am
Trust me. I was right about the Panther game. Now I'm telling you Seattle by 7 in the Bowl.

jacksonville was a playoff team, washington was a playoff team, the giants were a playoff team, and indy was (although indy didn't play their starters so it doesn't count). they played a few good teams, but overall it was a weak schedule. i'm going to wait a while before i make my super bowl prognostication, but i'm leaning toward pittsburgh.

i'm 8-2 in prognostications for the playoff so far. the only bad picks i made were pats over denver and indy over pittsburgh, otherwise i've been spot on.

understood, but that doesn't really say much. somebody HAS to be in the NFC playoffs.

the only bad pick i've made was carolina over seattle.

Pittsburgh by six over Seattle in the super bowl. Although I am routing for the Seahawks, I see Pitt. in a close one.

I see a return to the lopsided blowout superbowl days
