Journey. I fuckin love Journey. I aspire to sing like Steve Perry, there I've said it. Seperate Ways, Anyway you Want it, Lights, all brilliant songs.

Tom Waits is awesome, and so is Rush and Yes. There's nothing to be guilty about when it comes to them.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Aug 25,2003 8:40pm

i think i'm going to keep my guilty pleasure a secret for now, but i am possibly planning to cover this legend with my band, so if i do, i expect people to be turned off, but hopefully i'll get some laughs.

I dont have any bands/artists that I really like but am ashamed to but here are some songs:

Edwin Starr: War
Tommy Tutone: 867-5309-Jenny

But some artists that I like that are as far away from metal as possible are They Might Be Giants, Grateful Dead, and Tom Leher (dude, anyone who can make all of the elements into song and make it rhyme is a fucking lyric god)

they might be giants is awesome. i have seen them more then any other national band.
i think i've probably seen either disengaged or bane of existence the most out of any bands though
