I was shocked to see the new WTN logo bro. damn. This is a knee jrk reaction from it. WTN has suffered some line up changes. with the departure of the old 1998-2003 drummer stoner... there has been a plague of misfortunes in WTN. there was an attempt to find new drummers but in vain.
almost a year after, the remaining members felt the loss was unreplaceable. coz we acted as a unit, a family since the demo days of 1997-1998 (the pre jamming sessions before WTN was considered a serious band)
recently, Raihan our guitarist wanted to move ahead with WTN to record a second album after he recovered from a wrist injury. He suggested using his friends to record the new album but mainly for myself and the old line-up, it wasn't the same any more. so we decided to end any remaining hope to record again. Thats when me and aboo.b just lived our own lives. At first, both raihan and I knew that in order to keep WTN alive and back recording as a band would demand some changes, but now, its feels like the original WTN of the R.I.P album can never be replaced by anyone.
many months after, spreading news that WTN is active aroused our suspicion but its not till today that i really felt that it is a concern.

New leadership and a new lineup brought changes to WTN.. changes that most people in singapore regard as dissapointing.

So personally on my part and i know i carry on with me the mutual feelings of aboo.b and stoner, i would like to officially announce that WTN is disbanded and that no new line up will carry on the history of WTN. especially now that they changed the logo that im so proud of since 1998.

Therefore, there wont be no new material be recorded as WTN from today. the last and blackest day in 2006.

Does this mean another band will fill their spot at the MDF?

Wow! This would be sad news if I cared about WTN. Boo hoo.

This has been a rumour for a long time on the razorback forum. No one had heard from them in a while and they were supposed to be sending regular updates to the label on the new recording.This sucks, they were a killer band



Kinda looks like there will be some form of them goin on under the same name...But it just won't be the same

Still , there is always this.......

That blows. I was debating if I should go to MDF or Razorbackfest. I think MDF won me over.
