Does anybody know of a reason as to why my computer won't let me save pictures any more?

I'm trying to make a flyer for the father's day show but i can't save the logos.

You should start by telling us what web browser you're using... (I take it you mean save images from the web)

I'm also going to guess that you're using IE, so just switch over to Firefox and you should be able to save images just fine. Firefox > IE/Netscape/Etc...

yea i'm using netscape.

My guess: your temp directory is full. It's /windows/temp, I think.

Alternate guess: you have permissions fux0red on a multiuser system. Unless it's a mac, in which case the answer is tautological (why does the mac not work? because it is mac: by definition they do not work)

Is this works, or yours? If you can, back up your documents and restore that shit. An install of Windows has a life of about a year before it's too bogged down with shit to function, maybe more if you use good spyware cleaners and defragment on the regular. Is it a no-name, or a brand-name? I can get restore disks for any Dell, HP, IBM, or Compaq.

Hmm. I ran into this program when the temp directory is full; it's not a disc space issue, but an issue of how much the OS can index. Go to your temporary internet files directory and nuke/move everything in it.
