Nick of Silver and I are in the planning stages of starting an all ages metal series in Boston.

We are not at liberty to specify the venue yet, but it could start happening soon.

Most likely these shows will have 3 bands per gig.

I will definitely come to these shows and support them, the all-ages metal scene needs a kick in the ass. i don't know about the rest of the band, but i'd certainly be willing to play one as well

My band would obviously be into playing. I'm trying to book a IWEIPH/They Won't Stay Dead/Dissector all ages zombiethon as we speak.

all ages metal in boston. an oxymoron? no longer.

As for the all ages shows, not sure about whether the bar will be open or not, hopefully though. I do think that getting an all ages scene kick started around here will benefit everyone. Don't worry Jeff, I will still be booking at other places like I do now.

If anyone has a problem with Nick doing these shows then just don't come to them, I could give a fuck.

I checked this morning. It's not silver.

all ages shows=terrible dance moves and tiny tittied sidekicks.

not that i mind either of them at all. within the fray will be down to play.
as long as we don't have to use a house drum set.

You'll have to use v-drums programed with the following sounds:

a hand clap
a whistle
a woman going "HEY!"
a techno tom
another techno tom
a tambourine

we could do that. joe would roll from the tom, to the other tom, to the tambourine, repeatedly hit the "hey" and hand clap pads, and end on the whistle. then i'd just burp into the microphone and we'd call it a grind song. no guitars needed. as long as the woman's "hey!" sounded like she was from the deep south.
