The A.D.L. & A.R.A. Declare War on Black Metal

April 30th was approaching. The date of one of the best underground black metal shows ever scheduled on the east coast. Inquisition, Bloodstorm, Horn of Valere, Demon Sword, & Incursus. Plane tickets were bought for the bands, venue was secured, and hotel reservations made for the music fans flying in from all around the country. This would be a night to remember.

Unbeknownst to the concert-goers, a certain special interest group was slithering beneath the surface in an attempt to foil this landmark event.

3-4 weeks prior to the concert, a decadent anarchist group known as the A.R.A. (anti-racist action) had contacted the venue owner and attempted to mislead him with false tales of “racism” and “bigotry” on behalf of the bands involved. Immediately after the A.R.A. spewed these falsehoods, the show was announced canceled. The lies told by the A.R.A. had intimidated the club owner enough that he was not prepared to take any chances, and did not want to bare the liability.

This cancellation was seen as absolutely ludicrous by members of the metal community, as it is common knowledge that this was NOT going to be a National Socialist Black Metal show. None of the bands involved are N.S.B.M., and there was to be nothing political in nature about this show whatsoever. In response to this unprecedented display of idiocy, the metal community pulled together, and informed the venue owner of the true nature of the bands. Thus, at this point, the show was reinstated, and would go on as scheduled.

(I must backtrack for a moment here, and say that the only connection this show had with pro-White ideals, is that someone listed it on the Aryan Nations message board. This is something than anyone is capable of doing, and was not done by any of the promoters or bands. It is also something that could easily be done by a group such as the A.D.L. or A.R.A. in order to “justify” this type of harassment.)

The A.R.A., obviously wallowing in the stench of defeat, were not content to let these artists continue with their planned event, and took it upon themselves to bring in the granddaddy of all degenerate, low-life, civil rights violators, the notorious A.D.L. (Anti-Defamation League).

For those of you unfamiliar with the A.D.L., they have made quite a reputation for themselves at the expense of our freedom. The motto across the top of their website is: “To stop the defamation of the Jewish people...to secure justice and fair treatment for all.” Anyone even remotely familiar with their actions will tell you that they are quite simply a pro-Jewish special interest group that is hell-bent on the destruction of all cultures and values that do not coincide with Jewish doctrines. For example, they are up in arms at the thought of Christmas in public schools, yet demand that Hanukah be acknowledged. They stand in opposition to any pro-white organizations, yet they themselves are a pro-Jewish organization. According to them, it is okay for Jews to look after one another, but any other ethnicity that does so is deemed “racist.” They have become so focused on their agenda of Jewish supremacy, that they have earned themselves the unofficial nickname J.D.L. (Jewish Defense League).

The A.D.L. has accumulated a lot of muscle in this country due to continually dangling Holocaust theories over the heads of the white public. Anyone who dares to question their self-indulgent methods is accused of “anti-Semitism.” And in the eyes of the public, “anti-Semitics” and “racists” have become even more feared than child molesters and murderers.

So when the venue owner was contacted by the

A.D.L., and the future of his business and livelihood was put into question, he canceled the show as most club owners would. What transpired between the club owner and the A.D.L. is only known by those 2 parties, but we can only imagine, given the reputation of the A.D.L., A.R.A., and their associates. The A.R.A. alone has a notorious reputation for threatening business owners with boycotts and vandalism. So who knows what a group such as the A.D.L., that tries to assume Police-like authority, would brandish before a small business owners eyes.

Kinslayer, from one of the scheduled bands, Horn of Valere, had this to say about the cancellation:

“I think it's completely absurd that the show was shut down ecpecially considering the fact that no actual NS bands were playing. Hell, one of the bands is fucking COLUMBIAN! What kind of 'white power' show would book a Columbian band to headline?... If you read up on the matter you'd see that both the club owner and the ARA took the time to look a little deeper into the bands on the bill in hopes of pulling

up little tidbits of info that will credit their 'white power' claims. For example: my band, Horn of

Valere once played a show with Grom, a known NSBM band, so that in turn makes us and all the other bands that played that show National Socialist?... Never mind the $1000+ spent on air fare for the bands or the 100+ people planning on attending and supporting these live bands; they don't matter. The rights of the Jewish citizens to not feel threatened is more important. This is no longer a moral issue; it's a legal one and we are on the losing end. This shit is only going to continue and get worse unless we step up and make our voices heard.”

This is a scenario that is becoming all too common in America. This blatant abomination of Constitutional rights was once only bestowed on the more right-wing RAC/Oi!/Punk bands. But now these Communistic tactics are beginning to rear their ugly heads in our metal scene. Not only are the A.D.L./A.R.A. showing obnoxious hostility towards other interests and cultures, but they are stomping on the fundamentals of which this nation was founded. Freedom of _expression is an issue that was so significant to our founding fathers, that it was covered in the FIRST Amendment. Not the 5th, not the 13th, the FIRST. And if these elitist Jewish groups have such a problem with our Constitution and way of life, I would suggest that they take their opinions elsewhere. Maybe to a country like Israel where this type of behavior is encouraged.

Hopefully this act of terrorist-like intimidation will serve to “awaken” the non-political metal fans in our scene. The time has come to take a stand for our beliefs. Even if you are passive and don’t want to get involved, we have reached a Y in the road, and have to make a choice. We cannot sit idly by, or we will be herded along with the masses onto the path of least resistance. To quote the words of Historian Howard Zinn, “You can’t stand still on a moving train.”

Despite the financial losses of the promoters, fans, bands, and even the venue owner, the most unfortunate victim of this heinous violation is the future of our way of life. Little by little, blow by blow, step by step, these so-called “civil rights” organizations are taking away just that, OUR civil rights. As mentioned earlier, this nation was established as a haven for certain freedoms. One of them also being political freedom. Even if this was a pro-white or “Nazi” show, is that not one of the freedoms that we as American citizens are entitled? Are we not allowed to peacefully express our political opinions without fear of persecution?

I would like to ask our readers to think about these questions, and about how they relate to their everyday lives, in and out of black metal. I would also ask that you do not take these freedoms, and also the availability of black metal, for granted. We may soon see the day when our art forms our no longer allowed. As these malicious groups sink their teeth deeper into our society, that day is grower ever nearer.
