I'm looking for a decent keyboard amp. I need something loud enough to use for a full band practice that doesn't sound like crap. I'd like to keep the price within a couple hundred or so. If it could double as a mini-PA or bass amp, all the better.
If anyone knows anything about this kind of thing and can suggest anything, let me know.

youre not gonna get much for a couple hundred, but this is a great amp for the money. it can also serve as a PA and bass amp as well. all this through 100 watt amp with a 15" driver for $350. great deal.

thanks for the info. i've already realized through my own searching that i'll need to incread the budget.
blue, have you used that amp before?

i havent, but carvin are well known for their great reliablity and workhorse products. ive used carvin products before, and theyve been great. my bass player uses a carvin head thats about 10 years old, never had a single problem. plus you cant beat their prices, ever.

i still agree a keytar would be way cooler... or a giant keyboard, like in big, and you can jump around on it like one of those nintendo pads for track and field... anyway....

you'd still need an amp for that keytar
