yup, i have been laid off for over a month now. and today i got about 3 or 4 days worth of work.....IT WAS FUCKING FREEZING OUT TODAY! i froze my balls off, and my back is killing me. i laid 86 pound blocks all day...i guess i'm outta shape. fuck masonry. |

if anyone else here is a builder, let me elaborate, i built two 30' walls, each 14' high, with 2x6 lumber (twice the size and wieght as standard 2x4s) then i got to lift them with three other men and a bx23 kobota with a fork.

I shovelled mud all day in the freezing cold, with mud and water spraying at me. I would like to try sitting at a computer all day.
