Relapse Records will be releasing a split CD from Florida's Bodies in the Gears of the Apparatus and Montreal's Despised Icon in 2005. Bodies... play an exhilirating brand of technical grind which Despised Icon counter with their crushing and catchy deathcore stylings. We are psyched to be working with 2 killer young bands and exposing their music to the metal masses.

I heard that all of BIGOTA just packed up their shit and headed to Florida together cause they we sick of their local scene. That is some funny shit. Does anybody know if that was the real reason??

ANyways, its really fucking cool to see a band like that be able to get the exposure that relapse can give.

their drummer was moving there anyways and they also did in fact dislike their local scene. this is what they told me when they played with us in NJ. hehe. Sweet for these awesome dudes!

when they played that show at club marquee that LDOH gayed out of, i was sitting around talking to their drummer, and he said something to me like "i can't believe we have to go on after inhume......we're not even worth sitting through after a set like that"

no offense to them, but he was right........ i pity any band that would have to go on and try to top that set.

i dunno, even though it was a lame ass club where you can't pit, and LDOH gayed out, they all still seemed pretty fucking happy to be there, i don't understand why they "got so sick of their local scene"

because New Jersey blows. promoters don't pay their bands, they want no one to progress. florida actually has a metal scene. we go through members a lot because they've all been drug addicts or didn't want to move out of state, or didn't want to tour.. nothing other than that. We're happy to be doing this split, and personally we don't care if you pick it up or not, but thanks to everyone who's interested...
