 | Finally a successful set of shows. I have been trying to hit some other shows (including actually driving to Sonia last friday), but was unable to stay because my dog was freaking out at home. This was my first show(s) of July and my first show with a brand new lens that I got to use in Sonia. Follow the Instagram for more on that.

 | This venue is way too nice. Everything about it is just awesome. It was great seeing Bane come back on their own terms and in style in such a nice place. It's so weird that I saw them last 7 years to the date at their last show. Tonight was really fun and I'm glad that they are back.

 | Another sold out show at the Middle East. It's amazing that so many people were there for YOB. Not that YOB isn't a great band, but you would think in Boston, that Cave In would have been the big draw. It was also weird that no one moshed and no one stagedived. I guess this is called growing up.

 | What an excellent night. The Bridge 9 store/warehouse is awesome. Do yourself a favor and follow the B9 instagram so that you will know about shows there in the future. Jump on it fast. Easy to get to, parking wasn't bad, and home early.
It's also great to see such an important part of the Boston hardcore scene get an amazing location like this.

 | Just when I think I'm getting the hang of this photography thing... The pictures are terrible, but the show was great.

 | This was my first show getting to use my new camera which ruled. I've really hated all of the pictures that I've taken over the past 6-8 months, but this show is moving in the right direction.

 | Well, the first Hell In the Harbor fest is in the books even though I was walking around trying to figure out how to do day 3 better than the first 2. A smart person would write down what he thought of, but I'm just going to learn it all over again at the next fest. Thank you to everyone. It was unreal how well the first volume of a fest went off. See you next year Baltimore.

 | Excellent and tiring day, but s great day. The outdoor set up is pretty awesome. I took too many pictures out there during the day light. Time for bed for day 2.

 | It's weird to be back in Baltimore and it's not MDF weekend. Thankfully, Hell In The Harbor is filling the gap this year. So far, the weekend is going awesome and it's just beginning.
